We are three sisters who came together to build this business, driven by our deep connection to the land and a shared dream for the future.
After the war, our grandparents cultivated mushrooms for food. The name A.M.A. comes from the original company, which already existed at the time, and is an acronym formed from the names of two sisters who ran the business together.

Our agricultural company was born from a deep love for our land and a desire to enhance its value. History has left us with a unique environment—embraced by nature over the past century and left untouched.
The caves offer a one-of-a-kind, emotional, and respectful setting. In the silence and darkness of the underground, with carefully controlled light and ventilation, medicinal mushrooms grow according to the principles of organic farming.
Our entire production is proudly Made in Italy—from the raw material to the pure mushroom powder.
